Most of the dishes on the menu serve four. These can be portioned individually, for two or for four. For those with smaller appetites, the meal could be split into smaller portions. I'm happy to provide any of the items on the menu for larger numbers - please contact me to discuss.

A simple, delicious, classic quiche – a crisp, deep filled shortcrust base easily makes 6 slices.

Raspberry Bakewell Slice

 

A moist, rich bake, great for a pudding or with a cup of tea. The fresh raspberries add a lovely sharpness which offers balance to the sweet frangipane.

Lemon Drizzle Cake

 

Classic, moist Lemon Drizzle Cake, ideal for afternoon tea or as a dessert served with a dollop of whipped cream. The two 450g loaves freeze beautifully and will cut into 10 slices each.

Scones

 

What could be better served with cream and jam? Warm up gently for a few minutes after defrosting – delicious!
